Food was very good, but service VERY slow. We got food from salad bar, but had to wait 15 minutes for waitress to come by so we could ask for silverware. She then asked if plastic ware was ok and then had to go get that. Entrees were small portions for the price, but was tasty

We ate their Saturday night although they were short staffed the service was AWESOME. Everything was professional and the manager and servers was polite and courteous. The food was excellent and the salad bar was dynamic. Keep striving for the best. You guys are doing well. I will see you again soon.

They are incredibly understaffed, but they are fighting the good fight. The people are second to none and besides a few hiccups we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. And they still have a salad bar which is awesome. They are definitely worth your business.

My son and I went a few days ago and really wanted to salad bar. As we got our plates and sat down. We started eating and the salad produce was not fresh. The lettuce was browning and the broccoli was no good anymore. My son had odds and ends like the cubes ham, black olives and rotini salad. So he ate quite a charge of that. It wasn’t 24 hours later my son has been sick for 3 days now and I have been sick for 1. We went to the urgent care for dehydration and we both are experiencing food poisoning. I’m super bummed, Ruby’s has always been a huge staple in my life and this location has completely ruined it for me. It’s not right. To leave a salad bar like that for the public is not right.
