Never had a problem with the food except they can give more than 3 nuggets in your tray... Only issue is the drive thru itself too crammed up

I LOVE cookout but this location is terrible. The guy on drive thru had a terrible attitude and they messed up at least 1 thing in all 5 trays we ordered. My meal they messed up EVERYTHING i ordered. Burger and both sides. Plus they tried to short us a drink. Next time I come though this way I'll drive on by and hit the next cookout I come to....

Cookout always serves their food hot and fresh and this location keeps that tradition. Service is fast from order to pick up and I’ve only experienced one incorrect order from this Cookout in countless times I’ve visited. It was easily resolved. The issue can be easily attributed to the “routine” of putting ice in drinks vs requesting no ice because of dental sensitivity to cold drinks.

The drive-thru was very busy. To my surprise, my order was prepared just the way i wanted it. My proportions were satisfactory, my food was hot and delicious. Customer service was awesome.
