They set the valve lash like I had asked, and put oil in my Honda trx 400 ex. Waited almost 2 weeks without a call updating me on what they were doing to it. I called them and they had asked if I had a jam nut for the valve adjusters, after telling me they had already ordered one and had ran my bike. I told them that they were all there when I had last checked the valves. So somehow it’s still inside the engine at which they continued to fire up and run. I had then asked if they took the clutch cover off to see if they could try to get it out, and they said yes. Then when I went to pick up my quad all the plastics were off of it, and then the guy servicing it told me he had never taken the clutch cover off. Told me it could cost anywhere up to a grand to fish out. Very disappointed. Don’t tell me you did something that you didn’t do and waste my time and money.

I live in peoria and been using the big local motorcycle shop in town here for years. But due to poor customer service and several let downs for many many years I couldn't yake it any more. I choose cupis motor mall for the first time a few weeks back for my 02 Honda goldwing. I dropped it off they were very welcoming being a new customer they showed me around and asked what my concerns were and what they would due to try to help my problems. They communicated several times during my service whenever i asked questions and kept me up to date. Fixed my bike promptly and I could not be any happier I will be using them for many years to come thanks again for all you do for us

Took in my Bike for routine maintenance. I'm a new rider so I'd never been to a bike shop before. They took care of everything that needed to be done, it was quick and efficient. The price was fair and the people I delt with were professional and answered all my questions. Will definitely be going back if I need anything else done! There not a lot of covid protocols in place the staff does not wear masks and it is your choice if you want to wear a mask in the store
