When I got my pizza, which took along time by the way around 40 minutes for a small pizza it wasn't even cooked all the way it was terrible. Don't go to this place.

This location is TERRIBLE! I ordered pizza online 2 hours in advance to be delivered to a high school WITH instructions to “hand deliver” pizza to the office. After waiting 20 min AFTER the specified time it was supposed to arrive, I referred to the email receipt and to my surprise, a link to Grub Hub showing that the pizza had been delivered! It had not. I contacted the store to inquire where my order disappeared to. I was told by the employee that they NEVER received the order even though I had a receipt and “delivery” confirmation. This a-hole proceeded to tell me that not only was I not getting my order, but I also wasn’t getting a refund! Thankfully, the email receipt had a customer service number to call. Not only did I get a refund, I was told a complaint would be filed on my behalf against the store and the Grub Hub driver who took the tip without giving me my order. After reading these reviews, I’m happy I didn’t get that pizza. It probably would’ve been as bad as the customer service at this location. Sounds like they need to get some new staff and management.

I was charged 5 times for a pizza. That's $71.95 for ONE pizza. I talked to manager to get it resolved and he did not resolve the charges or bother calling me back as he promised he'd do. I've been calling back over and over, during business hours, and either nobody answers, or if they do, they say the manager is not there and that they'll ask him to call me back. It has been a week and I still haven't heard back from them.
