The nurses, phlebotomists, and doctors at Kaiser Permanente are excellent caregivers. It's so simple to get care with Kaiser, and since I've purchased insurance from them, staying healthy has become so much easier and more manageable. Mila, one of the nurses, looked after me today and made me feel so comfortable that when she took the blood samples, I didn't feel any pain or a pinch, unlike others. Terrible front desk customer service despite they have the word “Welcome” behind them! There weren’t any other customers when we asked a simple question about the MRI actual floor/location, but the lady was busy on her computer and without listening to that simple question or hearing us asked us to wait. Later we started navigating ourselves and found it!
