Not really a motel. It's now rooms to rent for mostly felons and people that need rental help. Location is great. Rooms could use upgrading.

I WAS SO GROSSED OUT!!! OMG I couldn't believe how disgusting it was. They didn't even vacuum the room I immediately left and went to a REAL hotel. It's not worth saving 30$ unless your have had all your shots plus some.

It's over 600 a month but they treat it like a motel and enter your home without notice while your gone but its unfurnished like an apartment or efficiency. Also gonna have to deal with drug traffic. Was there a week and had three different people bang on my door at odd hours looking to score drugs.
