Not the office, but maiil delivery. It is lousy. Forget getting mail on Monday or after a holiday. Even with my flag up for mail pick up. It's a shame. The postal service used to be a proud organization.

There’s a specific employee, his name is Richard, that always gives me a hard time. Whenever I come here, he’s always disrespectful towards me. Whenever I speak to him, he acts like he cannot hear me and speaks over me. Today, I went in with a few packages to ship out and I was able to ship out only one with Richard. After he finished the first package, he signed out of the register and told me to wait for someone else to assist me. I clearly had other packages in my hand that I was going to hand to him but he pretended to not see them. This was confusing and such a waste of time. There is one other specific employee, I’m not sure what her name is, that is always so kind. Whenever I come here, I always hope to get her help but majority of the time; I’m stuck with Richard. Richard honestly needs to be fired, I always avoid this specific post office just so I don’t have to interact with this man.

This is the worst postal service! Doesn’t deserve a one star!! Someone stole my package! The supervisor is extremely rude disrespectful & unprofessional! I don’t understand how people like that are even managing!! I don’t feel comfortable with my mail being delivered by anyone who works here!!

When I said I will be reporting RICHARD to upper management I will he will be fired he literally lied to my face saying I couldn’t do an address change there and when I tried to get an “email recipe “ option sent to me he quickly clicked the screen and didnt allow me to pick that option he is so nasty and he talks over the customer not even letting me finish my sentence as if he doesn’t want to work there.
