Clean and the employees were professional and neatly dresses. The food/drink section was well stocked and the hot food was actually hot :) Price of food was a bit high considering but food had good flavor. We will be going back

Went to the movie to cool off on a hot summer night. The AC was not able to keep up. It go so warm in the theater it was hard to enjoy the movie.

Went and drove over an hr to see the new maverick movie today in the XD room on 5/28/22 and the sound to the movie was completely butchered 5 minutes into the film. At first you couldn’t hear anything they were saying since the vocals sounded very low so they had to restart the movie about 10 minutes in to reset the sound. After that the audio wasn’t syncing up properly with what was actually going on on the screen and they continued resetting the movie about another 4 times over the course of 30 minutes trying to get it right. On one of the restarts they resumed the movie about 20 minutes ahead where the theatre room left off at and they let it play out for 5 minutes until they finally decided to rewind it back to its proper spot. In the end, they never got the audio to sync right throughout the rest of the movie where they finally decided just to let it be since half of the theatre had already left after their final attempt of trying to resolve the problem. I just decided to get what I came for and sat through the whole movie with a butchered audio sound that was delayed and wasn’t picking up the proper effects in quite a few occasions. I believe this was due to lazy management and a poor method that was used to try and fix the system. Next time, empty the room, get the audio right, when it’s 100% working properly fill the theatre back up with whoever is left and give people the right experience that they paid for. Overall they should’ve made sure everything was working as designed before the showing had even started! Poor experience overall 1/10, I hope this is brought up with the higher ups in charge of this theatre and cinemark.

Very easy to purchase tickets and ordering snacks is very fast. Always clean. Seats are comfy no need to move around .
