Terrible experience, the facilities are basic, but the worst is the medical staff: aggressive, unprofessional and not empathetic at all. Next time I hope to return to Baptist Health. It is the first time in 10 years that I receive such bad and inconsiderate treatment when I have my annual exams.

Easy access, all handicap accessible areas, nice staff, fast processing of patients. Walk in for chest x-ray & there total time 45 minutes.

Visit started well, pleasant receptionist, quick to get to check in. Then it went horribly bad. I was inquiring about payment options and was told that those had to be made in advance. I explained that my wife had tried to do such and had left messages which we had gotten no reply to. I was asked who we spoke to and repeated that messages were left. In frustration I got out my card and handed it to the person and placed my wallet on the counter hard. I was lit into about how they were not going to be treated that way. I guess the wallet hitting the counter triggered them and they would not stop yelling at me about their being treated badly. I finally retrieved my card and left. I will not EVER set foot in that facility again.
