Good location, good maintenance team and a much better staff in the office now. While living here 5 years , front gate not working has been an ongoing issue. Several street lights have been out which is a safety issue. Getto and white trash mixed in but that is every where.

This is something that you would need to inquire with the site manager as to how much a Lease is versus rental rates are, many of these Condominiums require a lease versus renting one but there again here in Florida we have people that own the condos and would rent out there condominium for a specific Target Period of time But there again that is up to the owner and the site manager and if it can be done as far as different site managers and communities of this nature do you have restrictions and some of them do not, I hope this is helpful,,,,, yiC 😇
