I was dealing with Ben on a number of occasions. He had always been very nice and helpful. He wouldn't charge for little things he did so I would get him a gift card. The last time I went there I couldn't remember my password to into my gmail or another site and he insisted if I couldn't remember I would have to create a new email address which didn't want to do. I am not computer literate and needed help in going through the sets to create one. He helped me a very ugly aggravated attitude. I was just about in tears when I left the shop. I later joined the Total tech at Best Buy. I found out I didn't need a 2nd email address from the tech who got rid of it and fixed the problem I was having. I also gave a $800 laptop to Ben b/c I was having to many problems with it. It was suppose to wipe it clean and transferr all my pic files to the new re-condition computer he sold me. He did not transfer any of it. He also sold me a laptop that had no hard drive memory, only 30 gigs. I went back and asked him about it and he said all I had to do was buy a external hard drive. This was bad info as that will not allow updates on the operating system. I feel I really gotten taken by this young man. Beware of BEN at CPR. Very disappointed in him.

So today is March 13th 2021.. I brought my Chromebook to CPR in Slidell, way back in November.. My ex boyfriend punched the screen, so I brought it there to have the screen replaced.. It is now March 13th and my laptop is still NOT fixed, and the new screen they ordered still has NOT come in, from CHINA, of all places!! I had to pay 85$$ up front, which was half the price.. If I do not get my 85$% back, then I will be taking them to COURT to get my REFUND!! I totally recommend that you find a better place to get your devices repaired!! This place SUCKS!!
