Update: 8/6/22 . If you can read this, STAY AWAY from this store. Still upset about how she treated and talked to me then threatened to call the police on me. I have never had this kind of experience in a store ever. She was disgusted with me for no reason. I am reporting this store to BBB. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE STORE MANAGER, 12/12/21 at 2:24 pm. Was so very rude. She told me to leave her store and told me she doesn't want to sell to me. All because I asked her if I could try on a wig and said I didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars. She explained her policy and I told her I understand. She followed me the entire time and was so very nasty 🤢 to me. I'm upset because this was supposed to be a very good day. Please rethink who runs your store. This woman threatened to call the police on me because I took a picture to go along with the review after I told her I would give a horrible review. All of this to get an overpriced cheap quality wig. Go to ALI EXPRESS or Amazon but not here.

Please please do not visit this store. Extremely rude and when asked for more information on products, was told to read and not touch anything. Both women there were not able to explain anything. Was shown a product that was synthetic when requested human hair. Once an item is opened you cannot return it. Yet you can’t even open it in the store. I’m completely shocked they’re still in business. I went at a weekday lunchtime and was one customer in there, but still not willing to help. The two Asian women were too busy putting away products and did not want to tend to the customer. Very disappointed. RUDE RUDE RUDE

Great deals on all products. Most of all if you join the perks award. You will receive lots of discounts. Purchase a 47.00 wig. Had a coupon to receive .40percent. I paid 27.and change. This store has everything you need for hair supplies. Also still had a credit if 7.00 on my account. I am please.
