My father in law forgot a piece of his CPAP machine when he came to visit. We called, the part was available and he was able to go purchase it. Great experience. Everyone was polite and helpful!

Got a cpap machine from them. I hate it. I tried 3 different mask from family and I just can't get use to the machine so I stopped using it and it will sit in my room and collect dust until the rental is up. How is it that without the machine I can fall asleep in secs but with the machine I'll be up for 3 days.

My daughter is right now sleeping in a recliner after a massive stroke that has left her parallized on her entire left side because even the doctor's office can't seem to give them what they need after multiple efforts. There has been no concern to get her a bed she needs. This started on Friday and they say the earliest they may be able to help her is Monday. My poor daughter will have to sleep in the recliner until she gets some help.

I am very disappointed with the way this establishment dealt with my mother concerning her c-pac machine. The lady in the front office with the brown short hair is very rude and condescending. No follow up or concern for her job. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this company. How do you have a prescription for something someone needs and just sit on it. No help at all! Very ridiculous! They need a whole new team! Back in the day they had better staff that would really help our town, but now I have nothing positive to say.
