Station is as nice as they get, but the lady at the front desk tonight was a bit rude, and kind of unprofessional watching something on her phone loud enough to were she could hear me properly a few times.

The staff was very pleasant and assured me that they would make sure that my mothers 37hr ride to New York from Florida would be easy going and that they would take great care of her due to her disability and they did so successfully!

Was waiting on Megabus, another patron was playing and signing racist songs.
No one said anything They could have called a law officer. It was so embarrassing.
Okay, so I just got out of prison and the only I.d I have is my Department of corrections id card. It's got my birthday, age, height, weight and eye color on it. Will that work for an i.d?

my friend is traveling from Jacksonville Florida to me in Eugene Oregon and has several additional pieces of luggage. I want to use my bankcard from here in Eugene to pay that additional fee to you in Jacksonville as she leaves-is that possible?

1 carryon. Extra luggage stored under the bus which is charged by weight.
If you buy them online and get the tickets e-tickets then you don't have to show it I didn't have to show mine cuz I don't have mine but I have a picture of it on my phone but they didn't even ask me for it

Yes there are a combination of a snack bar that had some very tasty fried chicken and sandwiches last time that I was thru. There are also vending machines for drinks snax and cold sandwiches.
This is a new terminal <2018> and the accommodations should be nice.
This terminal is staffed 24 hours 7 days.

The new terminal is about 8 blocks west of the old Terminal @ 1111 W Forsyth St.
Just off of I-95 @ exit 352c & Forsyth, they are very close to the convention center.
The old Terminal@ 1010 N Pearl no longer accepts passengers.
Go to the new terminal and if you need prices & times save money and get the Greyhound app in the Playstore, it's free.
