Took me a minute to find this place, it's located inside a hotel and around the corner from the front desk. The worker there (I think he said his name was "B" was really cool and helpful - both on the phone and in-person. He helped me get checked out just in time as I came in right before closing. He found a good deal for me, as I know some agencies will hit you as hard as possible if you're last-minute. One thing - I had a Passat and didn't know that was diesel until I was trying to fill it up. Sorted that out, but just didn't know. Seems like a great place to rent a car!

Terrible company policy regarding once swipe on credit card!!! forgot card was locked. rep stated couldn’t swipe card again due to company policy. save yourself the hassle find another rental agency. terrible customer service at this location

Typically there should not be a charge for under a hour, its always best to call and communicate that. They are very understanding and will work with you.
