Went through the drive through and had a few drinks and mini bagels and a couple of donuts. After getting our drinks and a bag of food we checked to make sure it was all there, it was not. This older lady working started arguing with us that she gave us our kids donuts, as we’re looking in the bag telling her no you did not. After 60 seconds of her arguing with us, a young man came up to the window and said I think this is your bag with the donuts. She had never given us the bag just tossed it on the counter and proceeded to argue with us. Donuts all messed up frosting off them and all over the bag. From now on if we see this woman here we won’t stop. I can only hope it’s not the manager.. because if so she needs retraining

I wanted to stop in here I waited in the drive-through line for well over 10 minutes on each car was taking at least four minutes due to the fact that they are such short staffed which is very disappointing this used to be one of my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts as it is closest to my house I do hope that corporate is in the process of hiring so I can continue coming to my favorite store
