Depends on the time of day, especially high peak times. Otherwise great restaurant and staff.
I work at Waffle House and I have come to see some just ignore it or will take the phone off the hook. But with newer management it's become more regular that we try to answer the phone. Some times we are also very busy making sure the store is in order or with other customers. We do make sure to try and answer every call.
They usually answer when I call. Lately they haven't though.
No several patrons came in while I was there and did not have on masks
