Office staff was very nice and polite. Got into a room fast, nobody else was there. But the doctor waited 7 minutes to come into the room for what reason?! Then misdiagnosed my son ... Had to take him to the hospital the next day from screaming pain but I was told there was nothing wrong. Even when I explained to her some personal stuff going on in my life she looked at me like lady I don't care and just kept saying "yeah" ... So I don't recommend this office, I usually go to the one in largo if they need after hours for pediatric Care.

It got the job done. The receptionist was very kind but the check in process was inefficient. I checked in the night before to “skip the line” got there and apparently since all the info got deleted so then I was put in the back of the line. Took an hour and 45 minutes for my 5 month to be seen for less than 5 minutes. I truly hope insurance isn’t billed for literally moments of the doctors time. Also the place is just not appealing. It’s a place for children and it’s bare and just dingy.

We ended up taking an appointment at this office when my son had a mysterious rash and our regular pediatrician was full. The office staff was nice and the hours are convenient, but we don’t plan to come back. The doctor was not thorough at all and misdiagnosed my son with hand, foot, and mouth after barely looking at him, even though his symptoms were not consistent with hand, foot and mouth. He even told me not to undress him, even though the majority of his sores were underneath his clothes. We saw another doctor later in the week when his symptoms had not resolved and he turned out to have chicken pox. I understand people make mistakes, but it felt like this doctor was just not interested in doing a full exam and was overconfident about what was going on. Thankfully we trusted our gut, kept him away from other kids, and went elsewhere for care because if we had listened to this doctor we would have ended up exposing others to chicken pox. I am not usually one to complain in reviews but got a text soliciting feedback.

I arrived early and was waiting outside at the door patiently .. doctor pulled into the parking lot walked up to the door to enter and in a annoyed tone said to me we don’t open till ten . Not hello happy Memorial Day or will be with you shortly just rudeness . Walked in at 10 to very unfriendly staff , seemed like nobody wanted to be there. Finally got into the back room and the poor attitudes continued there was also no communication I waited and waited for a rapid Covid test I was never explained it would take 1-30. Min I had no idea because nobody communicated anything finally I asked what was going on and they told me 7 more min till the test would read the results and I was like ok ,prior to that I had no idea I was just sitting with my daughter . Finally results were read negative and I left . Lastly by far the worst experience with the entire clinic I’ve had in 4 years . Sometimes the front desk is not that friendly but never the doctor I’ve always had very nice doctors care for my daughter . Not sure if I will ever return I would rather go to all children's and wait that deal with horrible service !
