I would give zero if possible. Delivered my above ground pool pallet at the end of my very long driveway next to the road. I am going to have to call people over to help me lift the very heavy box with the steel siding and in the meantime it's sitting by the road looking like it's free for the taking. Seems like common sense I wouldn't want it delivered 50 yards from my house, but my phone number was also on the load sheet if there was confusion.

Paid $300 to ship a pallet, received a $500 bill a month later. Had to make a couple phone calls to straighten it out. Ended up being kind of a hassle.

One of the worst shipments I've ever received in 10 years. Even the driver stated that items have been rolling around until he finally stopped and strapped them down. I filed a claim for damages but missed the fine print when I signed the delivery notice. Stating if you sign you acknowledge items are in good condition ( Even though I clearly stated to the driver I was going to contact the shipper about damages). I took pictures immediately as they were coming off of the truck but this scam fine print protects them from any liability.
