I absolutely love my doctor and going to Overlea. The checkin process is easy and if you are not tech savvy the ladies up front are always willing to help. I typically don’t wait very long and appts usually run on time. My doc is thorough and I’m in and out with whatever I need to do next.

It's shocking how many employees won't help the elderly here. They tell them to check in at the kiosk and that's it. I work in healthcare and sat for 20 minutes watching patient after patient walk in and get directed to the kiosk. When they wanted to check in normally most of the employees scoffed. A few said "don't worry I'll check you in" and helped them out. Maybe one of the supervisors should sit in the lobby and watch the flow. They might learn something about the office they manage. Other than watching the majority of patients at check in, I generally like this place once I get past the waiting area. I love my doctor's and their personal staff.

My Doctor, of over 20 years, is located at this office. Except for him occ "yelling" about my weight, he has been a great dr! Always asks extra questions besides what I came for. And the staff is always very personable and knowledgeable. Love going there (if you can LOVE going to a dr's ofice)!
