The fat lady with the grey hair who is the greeter I think her name is Shauna is so rude. She didn't check the customer in front of me for his membership but checked me and my African American husband's card. Mind u she literally sat there and watched my husband log into his app to show her his membership while other customers just passed by not showing theirs. I hope she gets fired

Worst sams club in Jacksonville. Unprofessional, lack of courtesy and respect. Had to pick up an order which wasn't even ready.
There are portable sinks around the store to provide customers with a convenient way to wash their hands as well as provide disposable face masks at these sink setups.
Yes! They will allow you to still use your membership card as you can use a bunch of different payment methods for your in-store purchases. Hope this helps!😊

My brother and his girlfriend went there for water and toilet paper at 8 am there was none . I went at 10 am people were buying water I saw none on shelves. We things such as cov 19 occur some people think only of thierselves and if they have disposable income they will buy any and everything. Patience and common sense will prevail. For those of us with faith in the Lord there is no fear and panic

I dont remember I've been a member for more than 25 years...I think maybe $45.00 a year..you get a free extra card with it as well. I do remember that.
