People beware of this company. I had a fully paid contract for testosterone replacement therapy throughout Feb 2022 in Jacksonville. They closed their doors overnight in October 2021. I learned about their closing when I went for my appointment and found an empty building. Their "call center" told me they were moving to a different location. They opened another location 4 months later and ended up selling it to another clinic. Not everyone knows your primary care physician can prescribe your testosterone. It is not covered by insurance but it only costs $85 per vial for you to do it yourself and the bloodwork ordered by your PCP is covered by insurance. Bottom line is the annual cost of doing it yourself is about $200, not thousands of dollars, that they take from you upfront and then leave town. Oh, they act like used car salesmen when trying to sell you into their services over the phone from Maryland, and have no respect for their local staff.
