The horse arena is. The fair grounds is usually closed except for when the fair comes or they have special events .
It's posted on the Baker county fairgrounds website it's different every night

5 bucks to get in. Rides are 3-5 tickets. 1$ per ticket. 25 arm band for unlimited rides. Only 4 adult rides

Yes general parking and walk.or take tram 3.00 vip rodeo arena parking 5.00 if you are.lucky enough to find a spot on the fence well thats free. But good.luck with that
