When you call the store number it directs you to a call center. I've never been treated with so much disrespect then I was from the lady who answered. I was screamed at and hung up on after after politely asking to speak with someone who could help me refund me my money as we were delivered the wrong order. Horrible service! Honestly if you can't call the physical store and talk to someone at the store rather than someone in California then it's not even worth it. Never got ahold of the store after being hung up twice.

Ice cold. Waited 2 hours. Called store only to be hung up on twice. $50 worth of pizza was left on our doorstep when we asked for hand-delivery. Way to ruin a Saturday night. Never again.

No, this place is just for takeout pizza. There's only a couple small tables- no restaurant area
Most places are short staffed. Its either answer the phone or make the orders on the screen, or get the items out of the oven before they burn. If it is that important, why not go down and talk to someone in person.
