NO LICENSED REAL ESTATE PERSON! Sand problems are outrageous, partly due to the large community construction to the west and also the east. Landscape down the tubes, covid in the community and the health professional committee who kept us up to date is dissolved. Horrendous traffic outside of gates due to major city growth and truck traffic. If residents didn't host events themselves, there are very few HOA sponsored events to attend. Residents are grasping at any activity that comes up. Many have moved in the past couple years and continue to do so. This is a construction home assembly line, not retirement. Run away from this place fast. Lots of advertisting push, but don't trust the promises. :-(

Jubilee has changed for the worst. Wouldn't recommend buying here.

Jubilee Homes is the perfect place to live if you're over 55, and are looking to meet great folks. From first meeting the sales staff, to the enjoyment of all of the amenities once you are moved in. The above and beyond quality of construction that goes into each and every home!!! You feel like your home is being custom built, without the custom built price!!!!!

Wow very beautiful

Why would Jubilee quote a magazine that has closed and not published for over 2.5 years? One would certainly hope that advertising was current and correct, unlike this. HOA dues are $170 and going up for sure. Go elsewhere, this is not retirement at it's best.
No staff is keeping up with posting on line. The job of the villa director, should be doing this monthly. Sad.
There is no rental program, though some are available. Think twice before moving to Jubilee. MANY, many problems that aren't being addressed. Many moving out. A very sad situation and its being run in to the ground with deception. Run.
Are you a resident.? We have enjoyed our home in jubilee for over 10 yrs. Some residents leave for bigger yards and no hoa dues. Others just expect more. What more could you want. Beautiful villa, pool, indoor activities as gym, pool room, craft room, library 😀 😄 👌
Up until 2016 it was a beautiful place to live. A new developer took over as well as new resident HOA board members. Jubilee has gone down hill since then. I moved out if Jubilee in September 2020 and I am so glad I did. Many other residents have also moved out.
Jubilee has become ONE SAD place to live in the last 3 years. I'm really glad I was able to sell my house. So happy I moved.
Well over half built now, but horrible problems with bad management. Many newer residents selling after less than a year. Jubilee? Not the place it advertises. Very little money going back in to the community. Run from here.
