First time having come to this clinic without option for neuter. The staff at the desk was very friendly however I’ve been calling all afternoon to check on my pup during his neuter. Phone would not connect after returning from lunch and no answer or call back. Unacceptable for a vets office. Three rings and sent to a messaging system. Was instructed by the staff to call in for checkups on my pup. This is rude to the customers and not very professional especially for a drs office…

We finally made the hard decision to put our dog down after having him for 10 years. The last 2 he has had seizures. The last week his seizures have escalated severely. Called this morning for pricing they quoted $650. We called back a couple hours later to book a euthanasia for today. They couldn't find our information and said our dog had never been there before. That is wrong...he was just seen a month ago! Anyway they were extremely rude and non sympathetic as we were trying to do the right thing for our beloved fur baby and ease his suffering. NEVER GOING BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If i could put a 0 i would, very rude place. Do NOT bring your pets here! They never kept them clean while in their care.

Last week I took my female goat to the clinic with a deep cut on her hoof, as usual Dr. Thompson and Felicia go in there and patch her up and reassured me that she was gonna be fine, I take my goat Precious to the clinic for a follow up today and Dr. Thompson told me she is healing great, I can't say enough about the staff at the clinic, they are so awesome, friendly and always there when I need them. Rock Steady all :)

To get shots i would go to Old Meal to get chiped i would go to the pound they do chips there
While I truly sympathize for your situation, it is not this clinic's fault that your dog's surgery would cost $1,000. In all honesty, that isn't a very expensive quote for the extensive care that your dog would require in the situation. I don't think that the cost of this service is relevant to a review of the clinic in the context in which your post was written. Again, I do truly sympathize with you and perhaps something could have been worked out, a payment arrangement for example. This is an excellent veterinarian clinic and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Don't know call the humane society
They request payment at the time of service. Their prices tend to be very reasonable and the doctors and staff are very good.
