Same day call-in for appts only, no scheduling of appts. Told to wait a week to call because therapist is out, called the week later, told I'd have to wait another week. This place is a joke, trying to implement some "revolutionary scheduling method" without having the staff, know how, or compassion to execute it. Edit: they were cool and called me to squeeze me in on a planned appt, dropping the call for same day availability policy, momentarily. That was cool of them, and I raise from 1 to 4 stars.

I’ve been going here for almost 3 yrs. I told one of therapists I was suicidal and they were more concerned about scheduling my next appointment. Most recently was 5 mins late from 1 zoom meeting to theirs. And wouldn’t let me keep my appointment. Try again next month? Nope I can find someone else that wants to help

Been with them for many years and once again after plenty of councelers/ therapist another one left and trying to get contact with them and haven't got called back. I wish I could say good but I can't😢😢😢
