Will be changing stores. Things were pretty friendly but seems they have tired of me as the patience is worn off..

DO NOT SEND VALUABLE OR SENTIMENTAL VALUE ITEMS WITH THIS STORE. Package got lost. Possibly did not leave the store. UPS Tracking showed Claim Issued. The store Asst. Manager Sean (son of owner?) said (thru calls and email correspondence) they are going to refund shipping and issue the claim but never replied to emails nor calls anymore. I tried to communicate for a year! So even if I paid for extra insurance it probably wouldn't have done me any good since I probably won't get my claims from this store anyways.

The staff are efficient and I've had no problems sending or receiving packages at this store. I appreciate their services hours of operation and convenience.

I have been coming to this UPS store since the day they opened the door many years ago. They have a low turnover rate and I am certain they are honest people; I personally dropped off hundreds of packages for my small business and none went missing at the store. Stolen and missing packages happen often but it normally gets lost during the transition; not at the store. You have to review the tracking result or file a claim if it's insured. It's not fair to blame their employees without providing any evidence. It's defamation and we should always go after people who speak irresponsibly.
