Bad customer service. So just today I received a call that they will deactivate my mailbox because they cannot accommodate my needs as their customer. I needed a place where I can ship my deliveries. It's too much boxes for them to handle. Yes I admit my business is growing faster than I ever thought. I thought I would grow with this UPS store. Been using this UPS store to send packages to customers. Now It's an inconvenience that I have to call everyone that I will have to change my address and not send mails in this UPS store enchanted hills. It's not cheap to own a mailbox here and I still paid 2 months in advance. Kumar said he will refund me, they deactivated my mailbox quickly but couldn't refund me right away although my card is saved and is on auto renewal with them. I am standing in front when Kumar told me to step aside because he will accommodate the customer behind me since it will be easier if i just give him a receipt. I am still waiting for my refund. I cant believe how we got treated here. 😪 We weren't given an option on what will work best our situation. Just deactivate my mailbox that's how they deal with the situation. Well I don't want to do business with them anyway if we got treated this way. The other staff our nice people I've dealt with in the past. I am not generalizing everyone here.

UPS tracking said they delivered my package to the front desk early morning the other day, went in a few hours after that notice and they “didn’t have my package” because the driver was going to make a second delivery attempt apparently (no 2nd attempt was going to be made, I was given misinformation). Called the next day and they had my package the whole time. Went in and even after calling the guy said “we don’t see any package here. when did you get this notice?” & someone else had to tell him my package was right next to him. Moral of the story, call before you go in because they might have your package and say that they don’t.

They may be good for processing return on Amazon's dime. They're significantly higher than the Ellison and other UPS's and all of them are ridiculously higher than online quote with actual specs entered there. This store actually even inflated the weight compared to another store. When I politely called it all out, no remorse. Good luck, patrons, we're all being taken advantage of especially when shipping exceeds value of contents. *Update upon owner's response*: I shared honest facts with you. The post office said the box weighs 6 lbs and would cost $19 and change.. A nearby UPS store said the box was just over 6 lbs and would cost $23 for the UPS cheapest ground service. Your clerk said it weighed more and the charge would be $27. The other store said their scale was calibrated and the clerk there, when I *very politely*asked why the price was so high, said, out of agreement and deep shared frustration for customers, "Corporate greed! And I have no say or control to make changes, I wish I did!" Please don't patronize or accuse of insinuations. Your store is clean and offers multiple helpful services. This is a legitimate review about comparable shipping quotes and charges for other potential customers to know.

I went to the UPS to send a fax. And they were very helpful and friendly and welcoming. They do a wonderful job there.
