No cell service. Nothing but an open field with capers pilled on top of each other. It's ok for a quick overnight rest but not our cup of tea for any longer. No shade whatsoever and definitely no wifi.

Great owner, great managers. Stayed there in 16 and then again in 19 for 2 months each time. Good sites in a nice area. Easy access to hwy 27.

Very nice place and really nice owner and park host... if you get rowdy they will ask you to find another place to go and I like that...

Paid $12 per night. Not bad. Pretty quiet at Lot 37, (outer perimeter). Next to a concrete plant but it wasn't operational due to the inclement weather.

Yes they do long turn and look like they have some sites open My wife has been they for 26 ,weeks now it's ok if you don't mind camper on top of each other
