Trashy, supposed to be long term but you'll come to find most of the park to have been their for months and years. The restroom and shower facility has been closed for months and had made no progress to fixing it.

October 1st 2000 the park was sold to a nice guy who owns another park outside Newman near palmetto ,I don't know the name Sandra is the manager its being repainted fixed up not that it was in bad shape routine maintence,, prices are still best around great park lots outside area to walk dogs 26 acres here right off hwy 27 10 min to town I live here now we have mostly new campers in here have 30 right now and a list waiting to come in some people work in Lagrange and carrolton just posting that It was sold and new owners who aren't retired and care about there investment holds 30 campers sites 8 morecoming as we move forward we welcome you to peace full all campers 2000 year models and up to 2021 mostly newer campers hard working people working at kia and power company we do screen everyone ,campers must be in good road shape and clean I'm Travis Latham I also help out here at our clean ,quiet, safe park, its nice go asleep with my doors unlocked washers and dryers $1.00 dry $1.25 no where else safer have live cameras at showers and laundry and front door office , just replaced all connectors in all 30 boxes up to 1021 codes,no WiFi yet hasn't been installed in area yet pavilion for picnics thanks for reading all other reviews are history you be seeing great reviews in future as we grow and build our new reputation as the best litre R.V park south of Atlanta Ga..

Me and my husband love this place! The view is great and gorgeous! We stayed for 6 months. Sandra is a very great host! We're gonna miss it there. We already do! Lol We had issues with wet grass from the morning ice and my husband just needs to upgrade his truck to a 4x4 LOL 😂 but when we called her. She came right over to help us out. She goes over and beyond to help her guests. I Love that about her. Very considerate. Thanks Sandra for a great stay. Also the rate stay is awesome! We would definitely return if we have to and recommend to friends and family. 😊💯

Right now all the sites are full, but are looking for 2 vacancies soon so look out. There is a waiting list if they still have one.
It is $350 a month. Includes everything. All utilities, garbage, has a bath house and laundry room.

Ive been here a couple years and love it. No pool and small playground with covered picnic area, so not as nice as Jellystone but its safe, quite and about the lowest rent there is $350 a month, 360 if paid by credit card, free garbage, sewage water and electric all free and a small bath house with restrooms and showers. Also doubles as a shelter for tornados etc... No wifi or cable. I use a smart tv with wifi hotspot from my phone but you can have a dish set up. Really a good place to be with this virus going on. So far nobody here has it, and Franklin has about the lowest amount of cases anywhere.
