Make an appointment at three in the morning and arrive at one in the morning. The unloading is very fast for half an hour. The attitude of the staff is very good👍

I like coming down here to deliver, it seems like a decent place. However, I do not like the fact that we have to hand over the keys to our truck. I own my truck, not essendant. Why should I essentially hand over the keys to my business to someone else? Would you guys like to hand me the keys to your house not knowing who I am? No you wouldn’t. I’d rather drop my trailer and pull out from under it and go park somewhere instead of handing my keys over to MY BUSINESS. But I am told “NO DROPPED TRAILERS” mean while there are plenty of dropped trailers in doors being loaded and unloaded. If chocking wheels, and locking red glad hands ain’t enough, then let us drop our trailers.

Nice staff, but long unload time. Seems like they unload 1 box/pallet at a time, put it away then move to the next box. Been here for over 3 hrs and still not done.
