Service is terrible. All we ordered were two slushees and we are still sitting in line 20 minutes later. The guy in front of us probably waited longer sense he has been at the window the entire time. Ridiculous. they all look like their just talking and walking around. I can see the menu board theirs literally 2 orders on it.

We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. When that didn’t move, we moved into the stalls. After another 30 minutes someone over the monitor stated they were drive-through the rest of the night. I asked why we were not told that when he came out to the car next to us 20 minutes ago and all he could say was sorry!! Completely unacceptable and a joke. Customer service is should be top priority or close down at this point.

This place is such a joke. I think this is the second time I’ve been and we mobile ordered 2 milkshakes. We waited over 30 minutes on one of the stalls while watching a young girl worker come in and out of the door to go to what seemed like her friends (they weren’t in one of the stalls.) getting them a drink and water and talking and yelling about who knows what. After the 30 minutes in the stall, we finally moved and went into the drive-thru line to see what we could do then, but that also took so long. We ended up leaving without what we wanted. This was absolutely insane and there’s no excuses since there was a lot of messing around and no urgency into customer needs. Another gentlemen who also works here was walking in and out of the building with no explanation on what was taking to long (also talking to said car that the young lady was talking too…) I’m really disappointed in this place as I was excited to finally try the ice cream creations here. Never will I come back, not that most places like this care lol.

Always so slow in drive thru and forget about the pull up windows you will be waiting at least 15 minutes for them to answer. It’s always young kids inside goofing around, instead of working.
