Ever since new management has taken over, this place has become a zoo, ran by undertrained/ incompetent staff. It seems like every week, a good employee quits and is replaced by a person who could definitely use more training. The lead manager is unprofessional and does a poor job on following up on issues/concerns. No one knows the answer to anything and mistakes are happening much more frequently now… almost every day. For example, I was charged $45 on Saturday for a day of daycare, when my dog wasn’t even there… she was home with me. Today I left my dogs food on my counter in rush to work this morning, and of course, there’s an additional charge I have to pay if I want her to be fed today. In the past though, they provided dry kibble but now instead of focusing on quality care and good customer service, this establishment has become money-driven. It used to be a fun-loving place with competent staff, that I felt I could trust with my beloved pup. Unfortunately, that’s not the case anymore and the only positive thing left about this place is the operating hours. I hope something changes soon and upper management can address the lack of service/knowledge being provided to its customers who pay a pretty penny to have their dogs come here.

We've been taking our Great Dane to Dogtopia Chester Springs for almost 4 years. When I get him in the car - he is like a giddy kid when he figures out where we're headed. We also love being able to see him playing on the cameras.

This place is not the same under new ownership (which was not communicated to clients). We had been going for years with the previous owners. Poor communication now and not the same level of care from staff. It seemed very telling that all of the original staff all left once the previous owners sold. I felt like I could no longer trust leaving my dog there. We have moved elsewhere for boarding our dog
