Condo was nice and well maintained. We only had two issues with the room (Oven took over 35 minutes to reheat to 400, and one bathroom door would not latch or lock) Balconies are large and we spent a lot of time out there. Pools are clean and well maintained, and the condo is pretty strict about wearing your armband. Parking and elevators can be issues depending on the time of day. The beach was nicer and less crowded about 200 yards to the west (toward orange beach). I suggest taking the condo walkway out to the beach and then turning right until you find that sweet spot. There is a Publix less than 2 miles away for your necessities. That's super convenient. "The Crab Shack" nearby is also amazing. Make sure to give them a go.

Got a great beach and pool. I recommend, when you get it on discount. Be prepared to pay attention to fast traffic!

It was a great visit at the Palacio Condominiums. We spent a week there in a 2 bedroom condo on the 14th floor. The weather didn't cooperate fully, but we still had an amazing time!! There are two pools (one lap pool and one family pool), one hot tub and tennis courts. There is a workout room as well, if you are looking to get a workout in while on vacation. The rental property is managed by Vacasa and they were extremely easy to work with. Just a few negatives, the room wasn't fully stocked with items. Only one packet of dishwasher detergent, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and no extra blankets. There were extra pillows and one extra set of sheets for the pull out couch, but no blanket. There were plenty of bath towels for both bathrooms. We had a great family vacation and can't wait to go back again in the near future.

The views of the beach, and the sunsets from the condo are amazing. The kitchen is functional, updated and great for making pina coladas, margaritas, etc. The rooms were clean, and my back did not object to the mattress. The beach, pool and hot tub were great. The parking could be better. The vacasa rep., lori, was amazed i did not read both sides of a page of instructions that is in 10pt font. I am on vacation, go figure. Lori was also amazed that other guests did not know where to go for parking overflow. A simple sign with instructions about this in the entry or at the vacasa desk way would have been useful. We plan to return despite that, perdido key is great.

Excel Beach Service provides the chairs and umbrellas at Palacio. At least some of the units include 2 complimentary chairs and an umbrella during your stay, from around May onward for the summer - it's often indicated in the listing but you can always ask Vacasa. No idea on rental rates.
We have had poachers coming from across the street, parking at Villagio and using our facilities. Just like everything else, a few inconsiderate or dishonest folks cause inconvenience for the rest. Staff is very nice but must enforce the bands, common now in all condo complexes I am afraid.
Smoking is not allowed except in designated areas of the Palacio complex. Restaurants and shopping is across the street but manymore options are within a short drive too.

There is a no dog policy in place for guests; but if you are an owner, it is different.
