Well I was wanting to press charges but they gave me nolle process before I even could get in court. So how did that make me feel well I felt like the criminal has more leverage on getting out of trouble then the victim has improving them as being the criminal they are.

Ms. Reed (Civil Division- E. Fayette Court House) is incredibly unprofessional and rude. As I asked her when a specific trail date was she responded in a snarky and aggravated manner. As I continued to ask more questions she became more sarcastic and even began laughing on the phone. This was not only disrespectful but frustrating that I can’t even call the courthouse without receiving sarcasm. I’d love to speak to a supervisor about this matter.

Do not go to court. Court is not for people.

Go to landlord and tenant court and ask for an extension on the eviction, let Them know that you need more time or tell them your current situation and they will help you.
Court open. Just need a mask
Request for a"Stay of execution" meaning you can stay at least a month or so more to figure out what you will do but also make sure you bring some money between 200.00- 300.00 if you can bring more than fine most times you have to pay a "Bond " with a" Stay of execution"
What kind of case is it? Escrows are in the afternoons and rents (and/or affidavit judgement dockets) are in the mornings -1:15 PM or 8:15 AM. Rents can also be in the afternoon.
Check with the lawyers at the Public Justice Center on the third floor of the courthouse. These lawyers provide probono legal guidance to landlords and tenants.
I would ask the clerk.
Go down to the records department on the first floor and put in the request. Also most case information can be found online at Maryland case search
