This is my home store I have been going to for yrs. I went there tonight to get some things & avoid the chaos & crowd of Walmart. I needed to pick up some new bras. I was horrified when I got to that section to see the bras just in complete disarray & thrown all over on every rack, no order whatsoever . I dug through bras trying to find my size for over 20 mins ,even trying to stop an employee I finally saw and she just scurried off I guess ignoring me as she knew what I'd day . I've never seen anything like this even Walmart, rummage sales ,thrift stores,dirt cheap etc. I told an employee otw to checkout , idk what happen to bra section but i gave up and she just laughed saying yeah I knkw . Got go checkout and told them and she said same thing ,it's been like that a while , they're understaffed and overstocked and not even hiting enough help. I asked well when it's going to get better because this is awful and I don't want to be returning and she said apparently not for a while. I've never seen target Luke this ! There was several items I just had to give up on and go to Walmart for . It's sad when target loses a loyal customer for Walmart which I hate . I'd rather shop online . I would have given Target ,especially this one an 5 star rating but not now ,it's went downhill bad my last two trips. If I didn't really need the few items in my cart I would have just left.

Angel, the employee who helped us, was simply outstanding. We were looking for a specific item and we called the Target closest to us to see if it was in stock and ask a few questions about it, and the employee we spoke to didn’t have any helpful information and gave very short responses; he just seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered with helping us with our purchase. So, we called the Pensacola West location, which is farther away from us, but when we spoke to Angel, she was extremely helpful, warm, and so kind. We drove to the Pensacola West location to make the purchase, and Angel was just as awesome in person! She already had everything we talked about lined up to make it a quick and extremely pleasant experience! As a small business owner, I know employees like Angel are tough to find right now, so we wanted to make sure we shared this experience.

Not to busy the shift leader and womans clothes representative were busy having a conversation about a coworker leading to disarray in the womens clothes section. Notice while my wife was shopping.

Store looks clean and well organized. Employees are helpful. Nice location. Bad experience picking up items I bought to pick up “drive up “. One in the order was missing. CVS pharmacy doesn’t accept Tricare. Update. Waiting time for drive up is about 10 minutes.
