I live a mile from this store and have really tried to support it ... especially after a new Publix opened up across the street. But the staff here are SO unhelpful and unfriendly that after tonight, I am done. Have the WD app which supposedly allows me free ice cream for my birthday (Got some from Publix already). The Winn Dixie app didn't show it. I went to the customer service counter. Girl there said she didn't know how to make it work, but told me to just get it and the cashier would allow it. Naturally, she left for the night as I was in line. And the cashier, as unfriendly as it gets, told me she had no clue. Screw it. I paid for it and won't be back.

The worst store. I always have things ring up wrong. The manager don't know how to schedule the help, and today the customer service girl was rude so I made them refund my entire order and went to Publix. Will probably be a while before I go back.

It's savings systems are kind of a joke and some of the produce quality is bad so careful what you buy. Otherwise it's close by and cheaper than Publix, so that's why I go here.

Prices are a little high unless you buy the products that are on sale and then it brings the prices down to about market average. They highly advertise their rewards system with their digital coupons and such but it doesn't work well. Your account will show you that you have a digital coupon for a free item but when it rings up you get charged the sale price rather than it being free. Once your phone/barcode is scanned for that digital coupon it disappears so you have no proof that it was there to begin with. Some kind of glitch happens nearly every time I try to use their digital coupons. Their system is not functioning properly. It is hit and miss with the friendliness of the employees. You'll meet one who's very happy to help you and actually go out of their way to help you and then you have others that can't crack a smile. We had to deal with customer service and the young lady behind the counter wasn't rude. She just basically acted like she had to do her job and did it. Not one smile was offered. It was the same with the lady who rang up our groceries. -No smiles, not friendly. Basically, they come across as tolerating you.
