No take out menus or boards to see what you can get and price. They had a small board that you had to scan into your smartphone. Funny thing was that 3 different smartphones were used and none of them could get enough signal to get a menu pulled up. Several lost customers!!!

I ordered 3 pizzas at 5:17pm and delivery estimation was 60-70 minutes. At 80 minutes I received notice pizza was on its way. 60 minutes later, still no pizza. I called the manager and he said he could put in a new order for us but it would be a 2 hour wait. I told him to cancel the order since I didn’t want to pay more than $50 for pizza riding around in a car for more than an hour. I’m really disappointed since we love Pizza Hut!

I just ordered 2 pizzas, bread sticks, wings and french fries. The order took an hour to make and once it left the store it arrived 5 minutes later. Everything was cold which meant it sat in the store for a very long time. Enclosed is a photo of the French fries, it only filled the container 1/4 of the way. So a 28 dollar order and 5 dollar tip for a bunch of cold food that I won't be eating. On my way to pick up a pizza elsewhere since I don't have another hour to wait for cold food. I will not be ordering from here again. 3 of the last 6 orders have been COLD....Maybe you wait to make the orders until the delivery driver is available to actually deliver it. Sad, I like pizza hut...

Worst customer service. Delivery horrible. Had to pay tip and delivery charge. Told I can refuse tip but not drivers fault he has several orders. So they take too many orders at 1 time and they make all late. As I post this pizza arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes for a pizza and pasta. Pizza and pasta was cold and disgusting. Never again.
