Not enough people working to handle the workload. A normal situation. K-mart and Ames did that. Where are they now???

It would be nice if everyone would try to keep it as neat as possible to. It is kind of hard to get maintenance to clean in the bathroom when it's always so busy too just pray you have two good knees and can stand j.i.c. it's an emergency and you must go 🚽

Landlines are terrible what companies answer those any more! Even the fast food restaurants are automated. They may be at the register oh wait they don't do that

I have had the same problem today. Had a delivery order that was never delivered but still charged. The "Walmart grocery " department cant help because no one will answer the phone. I have been calling all day. Waited on hold the only time they answered for 25 mins.

I called them and they said they did have it.

You might find that the application is actually quicker and more accurate than dealing with and associate that may or may not be familiar with your topic.

Like most major pharmacies Walmart is providing free COVID-19 vaccines to those in need.

(COVID-19) Essential stores like Walmart tailored back hours of operation initially to help slow the spread of the virus. At this point however I would imagine that Walmart along with many other retail stores are having a hard time finding enough employees to open the store 24hrs.

They sell car batteries and take the old one but you have to change it yourself or buy the battery and take it somewhere that does..sorry...hope this helps

I agree with you, the deli staff are very nice. But when it's very busy they definitely do not have enough people working back there. I guess it's all about saving the money on Staffing, and not about customer service.
