Why 1 Star? Because I couldn't leave Zero. We were told Dogs were not allowed. I explained it was late, we needed to rest and My Husband's Service Dog has all of his paperwork. She said She'd have to ask Her Boss. WHAT THE HECK? It's The Law!!!! I hung up on Her. All Disabled People with their Service Dog, do not stop here. YOU ARE NOT WELCOMED!!!

I tried to stay here with my service dog but they told me they don’t allow service animals period. I told them the laws about it told them that I have to have my dog with me. The lady at the counter proceeded to cuss at me and yell at me telling me that me and my “mutt” needs to leave. Needless to say if you are someone who has a service animal don’t attempted to stay here. They are lucky I’m not reporting them.

The people at the front desk were friendly & informative. The room however was a little of a disappointment. They offer free wifi, but my room was so far in the back that we weren't able to pick it up & we barely had cellphone signal. The bed spread had a cigarette burns in it & so did the drape. There was a small TV that only picked up a few channels. The price of the room was good for a spur of the moment decision.
