Park itself is nice ,people are friendly but same rules don't apply to all,certain things are ,grandfather in and new people can't do something but no help from Management.No updated rules book. Can't throw away anything in the small dumpster ,so have to pay to haul away. Lot rent is high at 659.00

Lot rent is $535. If you own your own mobile home. You pay all routine yard maintenance costs. You pay to be in the " Association" even if you don't want to. Find another place to live! Restrictive! Too expensive compared to what else is available.
