Love our local shop! They have the most beautiful fabrics and kind staff! I purchased my machine here as well and am so happy I did so!

Brought my sewing machine in to be serviced and found out another company ruined it by putting the wrong lube in it. John assessed the problem, went to bat for me with the manufacturer and the manufacturer fixed it for no cost. John and Snyder’s have excellent customer service. I will be dealing with this center in the future! They have my confidence.

Questions & Answers

Last year I attended a class sponsored by you but lead by Embroidery Garden. We were given pieces of cork with a cutout pattern. I have a Brother DX225 and I am trying to cutout the design we were supplied. Is there a secret to get a clean cut?

Yes Mary Lou we service Pfaff and all makes of home sewing machines in our shop. no appointment. we are open M-F 9:30-5 and Sat 10-2
