I really like my doctor. I can't say I've been spoken to rudely...the only thing I really don't like is the fact that your appointment is usually 2-3 months out. Yes, they will refer you to another WellSpan doctor, but that doesn't mean you have to go to that doctor. There are other doctors in network if you choose not to use one of theirs.

If you are seeking a new physician, please run as fast as you can from this practice. They are not personable and will treat you like patient number 563. They do not like when you ask questions and expect you to do as they say. I suffered for many years with this office and sent over 10 formal complaints with no real changes. If you like to be belittled and treated like you are not part of your care, this place is perfect for you! I since went to UPMC and they are 110% better and allow me to be part of my care.

Rude inconsiderate and never have appointments their fav line is "go to the er or urgent care..." I'm so done with the Healthcare system in this country

What a joke. They just want to run you around to other wellspan doctors. And they all have there hand out I would not recommend this office. Please do yourself a favor and find a doctor that will help you . I know it's asking alot but this place is a joke
