Ordered online through door dash specifically asked for knives, forks and napkins as we knew the chicken tenders would be messy and it was not provided even though it was clearly stated on the receipt that they were asked for. In addition the bibbimap sauce was barely enough for two chicken tenders which sucks when you have to pay specifically for the sauce.

My wife & I are from Houston, TX and visited Bonchon in Arlington, VA and the bartender Jasmine was exceptional!!!! Her service was excellent! She was professional, engaging, and conversational. We will definitely come again when in the area!

Excellent service. Taz was me bartender. Food came out fast , hot and delicious. One of My favorite spots in Arlington. Left very pleased every time also a very clean facility.

Chicken was good, but my waiter was not attentive. I had to go to the bar to refill my water at least three times, and then again to receive my receipt to pay.
