My husband and I were lifetime customers until today. A chair was left in a place that it shouldn’t have, and I busted my knee into it. The cashier laughed at me and gave me my total. There was no apology or empathy as I limped out the door due to their negligence. Also, they were rude on the phone. The transaction was unprofessional from start to finish.
