We purchased a beautiful 1955 Baldwin baby grand with satin black finish back in February during a sale. Nick and his crew took the extra step of making sure the piano looked as great as it sounded...which led to an entire refinishing...at no extra charge. The delivery went well and was efficient, careful, and professional. Can't say enough good stuff about these guys!

This guy is an obvious racist/misogynist who is only interested in scheduling an appointment to see his showroom if you are white, smell of money, and promise to buy from him sight unseen without even playing it first. Apparently he does not get that even for a professional musician a grand piano is a huge investment and needs to be played first. I suppose to him it is just rich people's furniture. Even new cars get test driven first at any dealership! He's not interested in selling pianos to capable musicians. He's only interested in selling them to no-talent hacks, as long as they promise to buy. The guy's a jerk and deserves to go out of business. Salespeople who judge you on sight without knowing anything about you and failing to treat you initially with respect should not be rewarded with anyone's business, much less any person of color. I hope he moves his showroom directly into retirement.
