Walking 3 miles to the Walgreens (family emergency) was a disappointment when upon arrival. They shut down the register too early and refused to help with Western Union. Extremely disappointed in what this company has become for quite some time now. But this takes the cake. Speechless.

I have used this pharmacy for the last 3 years that I have lived here and it has been ok at best. However, I tested positive for COVID on Wednesday and had medication called in from my doctor that I NEED so I don't get worse. After 1 year of having the same insurance there was an issue today. Keep in mind I just picked up a monthly prescription that I have last week with no issues. The tech actually asked me if I wanted to come inside and wait AFTER I told her I was positive. As sick as I am I had to sit out in the heat while they figured out where they went wrong. This to me is inexcusable, and if they did it to me what is happening to people worse off then I am. I am vaccinated, so I won't have it as bad as others, but this shouldn't be how the sick are treated. I understand thing happen, but I wasn't even given an apology or anything, they just looked at me like it was my fault. Common Courtesy is seriously missing in a lot of our society and manners.

Possibly the worst drugstore pharmacy in existence. We are required to use them because of Tricare. Constant issues of RX being out of stock/delayed. Different occasions I’ve has to call numerous times to get an RX filled. Antibiotics have been sent in & they don’t have the courtesy to tell you they’re out so it will be 3-4 days before you can fill them. This pharmacy is creating so many health hazards & potential lawsuits.

This place is ridiculous. I went in at around 6:20 August 21st 2018 (leave specifics so management can deal with their staff). I had some product related questions so I headed up to the register where one employee was ringing up another. I cheerfully said "Hi!" And I was greeted with nothing but two dirty looks. After the first employee was done ringing up the other she said "hold on". She walked out from behind the register over to the isle cap and started YELLING across the store at another employee (who looked like she was visiting with a friend) telling her to come get behind the desk. They proceeded to yell at each other from different sides of the store about who should be behind the register. The other employee (the one who purchased some things) said "Call Ashley" and walked out. The store was filled with customers, everyone was staring at them, it was sooo awkward. I ended up leaving and going across the street to cvs because it was obvious none of these employees cared about doing their job. They have all the same stuff and their employees actually smile and don't mind helpping you out. This was one of the most ridiculously unprofessional things I've ever seen.
