I was a resident for five years. Maintenance is great. The quality of residents/neighbors, though, has plummeted. Prices continue to rise, with no additional services to show for it.

Piney Ridge does not have a community pool, but there are many local pools offering public memberships.
There is a dog park within the community for residents to use.
Dogs and cats are accepted with a limit of 2 pets per home. Breed restrictions and weight limits apply (50 lbs. or less). Please contact our leasing team for additional details.
