We have been waiting over a year for this company to replace a chairlift for my son via Medicaid. Originally was told they were waiting on a part and we would be waiting a while. That was last November/December. Since then myself, my son's support planner and the state of Maryland have been calling, leaving messages, emailing since March for updates. No one ever answers the phone or responds. Very disappointed. It's clear they just don't want to do the work. That's fine but would have appreciated honestly from the beginning when we asked for the bid.

Needed some medical supplies but couldn't get them. Hours posted were Monday thru Friday 9am till 4pm. I arrive at 2pm and door is locked. I try to ring door bell and no answer. I then call and no answer. No sign on door to indicate when someone will return or why they are closed. Here is a tip don't post business hours online and just work by appointment only.

Fraud company. They said they will take it back the stairlift and deduct 500$ within 1st year. When we called them they said we did not tell like that. Initially they said uninstall the stairlift is free of charge. Now they are telling we don’t do that too. They give all false promises. Highly unprofessional company. Not recommend to anyone.
